Tapenade Toast
If you bring this to a potluck, as I have many times, be prepared for people to ask you for the recipe. Please send them to Food for Thought.
Instructions
1. Mince olives, garlic and capers in food processor.
Add butter, cheese and parsley and process again until well mixed.
2. Cut bread in half lengthwise and spread with olive garlic butter mixture.
3. Preheat broiler, broil until butter melts and bread is lightly browned, about 2 minutes.

1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon capers
1 stick butter, softened to room temperature
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon parsley
1 loaf French bread
