The Pashmina



This curry chutney vinaigrette brings warmth, richness, and a touch of sophistication.
Ingredients
½ cup mango chutney (Major Grey easily found, and the one I prefer)
1 tablespoon curry powder
¼ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
So simple… Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir well to combine.
