The Pashmina

This curry chutney vinaigrette brings warmth, richness, and a touch of sophistication.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mango chutney (Major Grey easily found, and the one I prefer)

  • 1 tablespoon curry powder

  • ¼ teaspoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. So simple… Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir well to combine.
